Embodiment Work including massage, craniosacral therapy, intuitive movement, and yoga.
Earth based spirituality and divination including ritual facilitation, elemental wisdom, everyday spellwork, and tarot / oracle readings.

Birth Work including education, preparation, and support through the reproductive continuum, relaxation/regulation practices, and birth story listening and processing.
